At Bespoke Shirtmakers, we pride ourselves on offering bespoke shirts tailored to your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these products, our refund policy is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction while recognizing the unique challenges of custom orders.
1. Refund Eligibility
Our shirts are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Manufacturing Defects: If your shirt has any defects in materials or workmanship, you may be eligible for a refund/replacement.

Incorrect Specifications: If the shirt received does not match the specifications provided in your order, we will offer you a new shirt free of charge.

Damage During Shipping: If your shirt arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a return.
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

Measurements Provided: If the shirt does not fit due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer, we are unable to offer a refund. Please ensure measurements are accurate and verified.

Change of Mind: Due to the personalized nature of bespoke shirts, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind once production has commenced which is normally within 24 hours of the order confirmation.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Notify our customer service team at info@bespokeshirtmakers.com within 14 days of receiving your shirt. Provide your order number, a detailed description, and photos of the defect/incorrect specifications.

Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your photos, our inspection team will assess the details and determine the eligibility of your product for return. If your product qualifies, you will receive a confirmation email with further instructions. Please DO NOT send the item back until you have received this confirmation. Once confirmed, you may return the shirt to us at the provided address.

Return Shipping: The cost of shipping will be the customer's responsibility for all returns. We do not cover return shipping costs under any circumstances.
4. Refund Processing

Returns and Store Credit: Returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received to us.

Communication: You will receive an email notification regarding the processing of your store credit.
