Is it possible to rush a delivery?

Rush delivery is available on request. Kindly send us an email at info@bespokeshirtmakers.com requesting your estimated arrival date.

How do I track an existing order?

If you’ve already placed an order, you can check the status of the order by signing into your account and going to the Order History page. If your order has shipped, a link to the order’s tracking information will be included in the order details.

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?

Shipping address can be changed up to 48 hours after your order has been placed. 

How will my order be shipped?

We will ship your order via the most appropriate courier service. 

Where are your products made? Where do they ship from?

All shirts are made to order and shipped from Hong Kong.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship orders worldwide. 

Can I shop in my local currency?

We currently support the following currencies: US Dollars ($), Euros (€), British Pounds (£), Australian Dollars (A$), Canadian Dollars (C$), and Hong Kong Dollars (HK$). 

Will I have to pay import duties?

That depends on where you are located and the local import duties which are applicable.
